Hello, this is Koda from B4.
On February 13~14, there was a graduation research presentation.
In my presentation, many people asked me questions and I was able to exchange valuable opinions with them.
In addition, the presentations by other students in the aerospace course were also very interesting and a great experience for me.
Now I’m going to work hard to finish writing my thesis for the March 3 deadline for my graduation thesis!
Hello, my name is Ide, an M2 student.
The main review meeting for master’s degree was held from February 2 to 9.
From Takizawa Lab, four students, Ide, Kaneko, Satake, and Sugawara, made presentations.
We are happy that all of them successfully completed their presentations and submitted their master’s theses (duplicates) by the deadline.
We will continue to work hard until the submission of the final draft of the master’s thesis, taking into consideration the comments given by the judges in this presentation.
I would like to thank all the professors in my laboratory for their time and effort in helping me revise my thesis and practice my presentation.
Next week, there will be a presentation for the bachelor’s degree. I hope you will do your best.
こんにちは、M2の井出です。
2/2~9にかけて修士の本審査会が行われました。
滝沢研究室では、井出、金子、佐竹、菅原の4人が発表しました。
全員無事に発表を終え、修論 (副本) も期限までに提出することができ、良かったです。
この発表で審査員の先生方にいただいたコメントを参考にしつつ、最後の修論正本の提出まで頑張ります。
研究室の先生方には、修論修正や発表の練習に付き合っていただき、本当にありがとうございました。
来週は、卒論の発表会がありますね。頑張ってください。

滝沢・高橋研究室で特任准教授をしている下村です。
12/18-21にインドのバンガロールで開催された国際会議(HiPC)で研究成果の発表を行ってきました。発表を通して、異文化の研究者の方々との交流など貴重な経験をすることができました。
インドは日中の気温が28℃程度まで上がり、ちょうどそのころ強烈な寒波を受けていた日本とは、まったく異なる気候でした。帰りの飛行機の乗り継ぎのさいに滝沢先生と空港ではぐれるというプチアクシデントは発生しましたが、なんとか無事に帰ってきました。

I recently attended the international conference PDCAT held from December 7 to 9.
PDCAT is a conference on HPC applications and technologies and has been held in various countries, but the 23rd conference was held in Sendai.
Three members of Takizawa Laboratory presented at the conference. Here are their impressions of the conference.
Jin Yifan: Hello, this is D1 student Jin Yifan.
At PDCAT22, I had the privilege of presenting my research, Towards Priority-Flexible Task Mapping for Heterogeneous Multi-Core NUMA system, as a regular paper.
I received many valuable questions and comments.
I will further improve my existing work based on them.As an audience, I also enjoyed the conference.
The presentations and posters brought by the other participants were very interesting.
They helped me to keep up to date with the latest trends in my field of research.
Sugawara: This was my first conference in a face-to-face format, but I was able to complete my presentation without any major mistakes. I think it was a great experience for me as a student.
Ide: I was quite nervous because I was not used to presenting in English, but I received a lot of advice and opinions, and it was a very valuable experience for me.
I also learned a lot from the presentations and poster sessions by others, listening to a wide range of talks, from fields close to my own research to fields I was not familiar with.
I would like to continue to do my best so that I can further develop my research based on the advice and opinions I received at the conference.

先日、12/7～9の3日間にかけて開催された国際会議PDCATに参加してきました。
PDCATはHPC分野のアプリケーション、テクノロジーに関する学会で、これまで様々な国で開催されてきましたが、第23回の今回はなんと仙台での開催でした。
滝沢研究室からは3名が発表してきました。以下に感想を記載します。
Jin Yifan: こんにちは、D1学生のJin Yifanです。
PDCAT22では、私の研究「Towards Priority-Flexible Task Mapping for Heterogeneous Multi-Core NUMA system」をレギュラーペーパーとして発表する機会に恵まれました。多くの貴重な質問とコメントをいただきました。
それらをもとに、さらに既存研究を改善していきたいと思います。
また、聴衆の一人として、このカンファレンスを楽しみました。
他の参加者のプレゼンテーションやポスターは非常に興味深いものでした。
私の研究分野の最新動向を把握するのに役立ちました。
菅原: 初の対面形式での学会でしたが、大きなミスもなく発表を終えることができました。学生として素晴らしい経験ができたと思います。
井出: 慣れない英語での発表でかなり緊張してしまいましたが、様々なアドバイスやご意見を頂き、とても貴重な経験を得ることができました。
また、他の方の発表やポスターセッションでは、自分の研究に近い分野から、あまり知らない分野まで幅広いお話を聞き、多くのことを学ぶことができました。
学会で頂いたアドバイス、ご意見をもとにさらに研究を発展させられるように、これからも頑張っていきたいです。
皆さん、こんにちは。私は孫向城と申します。中国の西安交通大学博士課程3年生です。2022年10月から特別研究生として滝沢研究室の一員になることができ、本当に嬉しく思っています。
こちらに来る前は、計算流体力学の格子ボルツマン法（LBM）とハイパフォーマンスコンピューティング（HPC）を組み合わせた工学的応用を主に研究していました。この研究室では、ハイパフォーマンス・コンピューティング、性能評価、スーパーコンピューティングに関する知識を学び、有意義な進歩を遂げたいと考えています。
この研究室が与えてくれた機会に感謝しています。そして、この研究室の先生方や学生の皆さんと、研究や文化についてコミュニケーションをとることを楽しみにしています!
