The other day, we held an Imoni party in our laboratory!
Fortunately, the weather was not as cold as we had expected, and we were able to enjoy the event outdoors.
This time, we prepared two types of Imoni: Sendai-style Imoni (miso-based soup with pork) and Yamagata-style Imoni (soy sauce-based soup with beef). Both were delicious, and we enjoyed comparing the two different flavors while spending a relaxing time together.
